29 years old Shirin Aharon already holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations and MA in International Relations, specializing in negotiations and decision making from the University of Haifa.

What was your first position In the Startup-Nation?
My first job in the Startup nation was in 2008 as Technical Support at Philip Morris.
What life event or moment affected your life the most?
A powerful and large initiative that has affected my life, is being part of an important organization called FuckUp Nights Tel Aviv.
I’ve found myself speaking with influencers, industry representatives and successful Hi-Tech pioneers who aren’t afraid, or ashamed, to talk about their failures.
It is incredible to hear them describe in detail how these failures have helped them to eventually create magic.
Their courage to speak about their own failures has inspired me tremendously, and gave me the strength, confidence and reassurance that I can achieve anything I put my mind to.
If there is a will, there is a way.
The obstacles we face in our life make us stronger and smarter. Preparing us for those moments of success & glory.
